1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

Welcome to Starloom, a product of Meridia Ltd (“Meridia”, “Starloom”, “we”, “us” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at getstarloom.com and any content or services we make available through it (collectively, the “Services”).

Starloom is a digital service that uses precise astronomical ephemeris data to create personalized astrology-based self-reflection experiences, including Natal Birth Maps and related content. Our products are designed for entertainment and personal growth and are delivered through a modern, intuitive interface.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

2. Who can use Starloom

The Services are intended for adults. By using the Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old; and
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

At this stage, you do not need to create a user account to purchase a Natal Birth Map. You may be asked to provide information such as your name, email address, and birth data at checkout or when using certain features. You agree that this information will be accurate and up to date.

3. Description of the Services

Starloom uses birth data you provide (such as date, time, and place of birth) together with astronomical ephemeris calculations and artificial intelligence to generate written content that reflects astrological patterns in your natal chart. This includes, for example:

• Natal Birth Maps (sometimes called “Clarity Maps”);
• Sections focused on themes like work, love, growth areas, and elemental balance; and
• Supplementary content such as seasonal overviews or blog-style reflections.

We may add, change, or remove features and content over time as we improve the Services. We may also discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) or restrict access to certain features at our discretion.

4. Not therapy, not professional advice

We care deeply about your emotional and mental wellbeing, but it's important to be clear about what Starloom is not.

The Services and any content you receive from Starloom:

• are not medical advice or a substitute for medical care;
• are not psychological or mental health advice or a substitute for therapy or counseling;
• are not financial advice or investment guidance; and
• are not legal advice.

Our content is provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Astrology can offer language for patterns and possibilities, but it does not determine your future and does not replace your own judgment or support from qualified professionals.

You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions, even if you base them in part on information or insights from Starloom. If you are facing serious mental health concerns, financial difficulties, legal issues, or medical questions, please contact an appropriate professional.

5. Payments, pricing, and refunds

Some parts of the Services are free to browse. Our main paid offering at this stage is a digital Natal Birth Map / Clarity Map that is delivered as written content. You may purchase a single reading or a bundle of multiple readings at a discounted rate. Purchased readings are saved to your account, never expire, and can be used to unlock birth charts for yourself or others.

All prices are shown in the applicable currency on the checkout page and may change from time to time. You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges that may apply.

We work with third-party payment providers, including Dodo Payments (and potentially others in the future), to process payments. By making a purchase, you also agree to any applicable terms and policies of the relevant payment provider.

5.1 72-hour money-back guarantee

For readings purchased directly through the Services, we currently offer a 72-hour money-back guarantee, subject to applicable law.

If you feel that your reading does not resonate with you, you may request a refund by contacting us at support@getstarloom.com within 72 hours of your purchase. Please contact us from the same email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order, and let us know why the reading didn't meet your expectations so we can continue to improve.

For bundle purchases: if you request a refund, any additional readings beyond the first must remain unused. If extra readings from a bundle have already been used, we may issue a partial refund or decline the request at our discretion.

Our intention is to honor refund requests in good faith. However, we reserve the right, in line with applicable law (including Israeli law), to investigate and decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, fraud, or repeated misuse of the guarantee.

From time to time, we may introduce additional paid products or services (for example, relationship maps or family maps). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this 72-hour guarantee applies to our main Natal Birth Map / Clarity Map readings only.

6. Your use of Starloom

To generate your map, we ask you to provide accurate birth information (such as date, time, and location of birth). The precision of your map depends heavily on the precision of that information. If you do not know your exact birth time, we may limit or simplify certain parts of your map (for example, omitting your Rising sign) rather than risk presenting inaccurate details.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• harass, threaten, or abuse others, or send hateful or discriminatory content;
• attempt to hack, disrupt, overload, or otherwise interfere with the operation or security of the Services;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or underlying models, except where allowed by law;
• scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services using automated tools, except as expressly permitted;
• impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone; or
• misuse the refund policy or payment systems in a fraudulent or abusive way.

We want Starloom to feel safe and respectful for everyone involved, including our team. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, or if your use poses a risk to us or others.

7. Intellectual property

The Services and all content within them—including text, design, graphics, logos, interfaces, and the written content of your Natal Birth Map / Clarity Map—are owned by Starloom or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a map or access content on Starloom, you are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that content for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercialize our content without our prior written permission.

We understand that many people like to share meaningful lines from their maps. You may share small excerpts or screenshots of your map on social media for personal, non-commercial use, as long as you credit Starloom (for example, by mentioning “Starloom” or linking to getstarloom.com). Please do not share your entire map publicly.

8. Your data and third-party services

When you use the Services, you provide us with certain information, such as your email address and birth details. Our use of your personal data is described in more detail in our Privacy Policy (which sits alongside these Terms).

To operate the Services, we work with third-party service providers, including payment processors (currently Dodo Payments) and other hosting, analytics, and email providers. These providers may change over time. We aim to work only with reputable providers that respect user privacy and security.

The Services may contain links to websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. If you follow a link to another website, you do so at your own risk and should review that website's terms and policies.

9. Service availability and changes

We do our best to keep Starloom running smoothly and to improve it over time. However, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes, provided we honor any purchases you have already made or applicable refund rights.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content in the Services. Astrology is interpretive by nature, and different astrologers or systems may read the same chart differently.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starloom and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services;
• any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Services;
• any content obtained from the Services; or
• unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data, to the extent not caused by our intentional misconduct.

In any case, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Services will be limited to the greater of:

• (a) the amount you paid to Starloom for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or
• (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law, if such a limitation is not permitted.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Starloom and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

We'd like to resolve issues with you in a human way whenever possible. If you have a concern or dispute with us, please first contact us at support@getstarloom.com and we'll do our best to work it out informally.

If we cannot resolve the matter informally, you agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may take additional steps to notify you (for example, by showing a notice on our website).

Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Services.
